Health-related information
Please do not submit full medical records, diagnostic images or identity documents through the first contact form. When deeper health information is needed, EastwardWell will arrange an appropriate, protected intake channel and share it with partner institutions only with your consent.
Sharing & retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Data is shared only with team members and partner institutions necessary to fulfill your request, and retained no longer than needed for the purposes above.
